Recently, we customized a full processing line for a food company specializing in taro and cassava products. The equipment passed the client's inspection. This cassava and taro processing line covers from raw material to final packaging.
Complete Processing Line
1. **Sorting**:
When the factory got the raw materials, the first step is sorting. Our sorting machines wolud detect and classify taro and cassava by size. This process is fast and accurate.
2. **Peeling**:
Taro and cassava skin ishard and rough. Manual peeling will takes long time labor-intensive. Our peeling machines use burhs roll, sand roll and efficient rotation systems. Material will be quickly and evenly remove the skins, with minimal waste. The automated peeling process also keeps the production line running smoothly.
3. **Cutting and Slicing**:
Taro and cassava need to be cut into different shapes and sizes based on clients requiry. The cutting and slicing machines come with various blade molds, so it's convience to adjust to cutting various size and shapes.
4. **Washing**:
Washing is a key point to ensuring product quality. Our multipurpose washing machines combine soaking, spraying, and bubble washing functions. They thoroughly clean the taro and cassava, removing starch liquid, and debris. The washing machine allocate a recirculating water system, which has an automatic filtration system to keep the water clean.
5. **Blanching**:
Blanching locks in the color and pre-cooking of the product. The blanching machines has temperature control systems. Quickly blancing the raw materials with boiling water, removing some starch, which reduces stickiness in later processing steps.
6. **Air Drying**:
After blanching, the raw materials have excess moisture on their surface. To ensure stability in later processing, air drying machines use high-speed airflow to remove this moisture quickly. The machines can adjust air volume. This allows for optimization based on the characteristics of different raw materials, to get the best drying effect.
7. **Freezing**:
Freezing is key to locking in freshness and nutrition. Our freezing machines use advanced liquid nitrogen or mechanical refrigeration technology. They freeze the taro and cassava in a very short time. Quick freezing forms small ice crystals in the cells, preventing damage to cell structure. This keeps the original texture and flavor of the raw materials, even after thawing.
8. **Packaging**:
Packaging is the final step in the production process. It determines the product's final appearance. Our fully automatic packaging machines work quickly and efficiently. They can also perform special processes like vacuum sealing and nitrogen flushing for preservation. The machines come with automatic labeling and printing systems, ensuring every package is clearly labeled and well-sealed, meeting food safety and hygiene standards.
