There is a water tray inside, which can be easily washed with a water gun when the work is completed. The feeding and conveying is conveyed by food-grade plastic rollers. The rolling conveyance of the cheese allows the operator to push the large pieces of cheese into the positioning groove effortlessly. The feeding station has a double-button switch, which will only start cutting when both hands are pressed at the same time.
