In 2018, we produced a large machine for cleaning c fruits and vegetables for Jordan customers. The customers are mainly used to clean a variety of raw materials for salad making, such as lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, apple, etc. The material cleaning requirements must be clean and in line with food. Hygienic standard; no damage, leafy vegetables keep green; cleaning time is fast, avoid oxidation; after cleaning, avoid water residue breeding bacteria and facilitate subsequent processing, should be drained and so on.

Feature:

1.XWA-1300 is designed for washing leafy vegetables like lettuce, Chinese cabbage celery, etc.

 
2. This machine takes advantage of the natural principle of water flushing and flowing in the whole washing process to keep vegetable perfect and with less damage.

3. There are 9 high pressure flushing valves to let the flow come into water circle cyclone, pushing the vegetable forward.

4. There is a vibration filter equipment after washing, the little sand and stone will be filtered, meanwhile, pesticide residues can be removed.

5. There's water recycle system inside machine. After filtering, the water will be collected and flow into tank on the bottom of machine, cyclic utilization.
